Business Development Manager

As Sales Team Lead at Verifile Ltd, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
About the Role:
- Sales Planning: You will be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of the HR and Recruitment industries, market trends, and competitors to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Sales Development: You will build relationships with clients at all levels, identify new sales opportunities, and negotiate deals to achieve sales targets and milestones.
- Sales Management: You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, and support needed to succeed in their roles.
- Commercial Acumen: You will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a SaaS/B2B business, preferably in the HR/Recruitment sector.
- Leadership Skills: You will have previous experience managing and coaching sales teams, with a strong focus on developing and motivating high-performing sales teams.
