Job Description: SEN KS4 Learning and Development Tutor
Overview: This role involves providing specialist support to students with SEMH needs in a bespoke school setting. The ideal candidate will be an experienced SEN teacher able to create engaging lesson plans and foster a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement short, medium, and long-term strategies to meet individual student needs.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to student progress reviews.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), and relevant experience working with students who have SEMH needs.
