SEN Learning Facilitator Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated SEN Learning Facilitator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Scunthorpe.

About the Role:
  • This role involves working closely with SEN students, facilitating their educational and personal growth in a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work collaboratively with the lead teacher to develop and implement individualized education plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
  2. Provide support and guidance to students with special needs, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
  3. Maintain accurate records of student progress, tracking their development and informing future planning.
Requirements:
  • An Associate's degree in Special Education or a related field, combined with relevant experience working with children with special needs.
  • A deep understanding of the complexities surrounding special educational needs, including strategies for supporting students with varying abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
