About the RoleTeaching Personnel seeks an experienced and passionate KS4 Teacher to work in a large SEN Secondary School catering for students aged 11-16 with SEMH needs.

- Monitor student progress, reporting to parents, staff, and external bodies as necessary.

- Collaborate with colleagues to review and develop EHC plans, ensuring comprehensive support for students.
- PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification, highlighting expertise in special education.
- Experience working in a special school environment, particularly with SEMH students, demonstrating adaptability in teaching strategies.
