Strategic HR Partner for Healthcare Growth

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Partner to join our team in the South East region, supporting the continued development and growth of a major national provider within the Healthcare industry.
As a Strategic HR Partner, you will provide high-quality and commercial HR partnering to business leaders, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic people outcomes. You will also provide coaching and support to managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
· Support recruitment and selection by liaising with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to ensure timely filling of vacancies with high-calibre candidates.
· Develop and deliver engagement and communication plans that drive staff engagement, including annual staff surveys.
· Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and retention.
· Provide day-to-day coaching to regional and site leadership teams on various actions, including employee relations issues, policy interpretation, talent management, and organisational design consultation.
· Change agent – building capacity to embrace and capitalise on change initiatives, focusing on company values and behaviours, creating high-performing teams, streamlining processes, and automation.
· Lead and support implementation of HR strategic initiatives, ensuring they align with business goals and underpin the company strategy.
Requirements
· CIPD Level 5-7 desirable
· Demonstrable experience in a generalist HR role (10 years plus)
· Strong experience of operating across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
· Experience in a healthcare setting
· Ability to promote and embed equality and diversity as an integral part of work
