Director of Sales Incentives

The Post At Mint Hill Llc is seeking a highly skilled Director of Sales Incentives to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales incentive plans that drive business results.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. If you're a seasoned sales compensation professional looking for a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales incentive plans that drive business results
- Collaborate with sales leaders and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Conduct analytics and provide insights to inform compensation plan design
- Manage development and distribution of plan documents and training materials
- Participate in issue resolution process for escalated issues and questions concerning incentive compensation plan design and policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (finance, business, mathematics, statistics)
- 7-10 years' experience in sales incentive compensation design and development
- Strong analytical chops, problem-solving mindset, and project management skills
- Experience in large, complex organizations with multiple revenue channels or sales divisions
