Incentive Compensation Design Leader

Epsilon is seeking a highly experienced Incentive Compensation Design Leader to join its team. As an Incentive Compensation Design Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales compensation plans that drive business growth and success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales compensation plans that align with company objectives
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop sales incentive compensation plans that drive business outcomes
• Drive sales incentive compensation plan analytics and assess plan effectiveness and expenses
• Manage development and distribution of plan documents, calculators, and training materials
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (finance, business, mathematics, statistics) preferred
• 7-10 years' experience in sales incentive compensation design and development
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and exceptional project management skills
• Experience in large, complex organizations with multiple revenue channels or sales divisions
• Advanced time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects with aggressive deadlines
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel

Salary Range:
$170,000 - $230,000 per year.
