Sales Compensation Strategist

Epsilon is a global advertising and marketing technology company looking for a highly skilled Sales Compensation Strategist to join its team. As a Sales Compensation Strategist, you will be responsible for designing and developing sales compensation plans that align with company objectives and drive desired behaviors. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a well-rounded view of the business and sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Sales Compensation team in providing best-in-class sales compensation plan design
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop sales incentive compensation plans that align with business outcomes
• Drive sales incentive compensation plan analytics and assess plan effectiveness and expenses
• Manage development and distribution of plan documents, calculators, and training materials
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (finance, business, mathematics, statistics) preferred
• 7-10 years' experience in sales incentive compensation design and development
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and exceptional project management skills
• Experience in large, complex organizations with multiple revenue channels or sales divisions
• Advanced time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects with aggressive deadlines
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel

Salary Range:
$150,000 - $200,000 per year.
