Sales Compensation Design Leader

As a Sales Compensation Design Leader, you'll be responsible for developing sales compensation plans that drive business growth and align with company objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional project management abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple projects with aggressive deadlines.
Our ideal candidate has 7-10 years' experience in sales incentive compensation design and development, with a background in quantitative majors (finance, business, mathematics, statistics). They'll possess advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint and Excel, and have experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple revenue channels or sales divisions.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
