About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Compensation Manager to join our team in San Elizario. This role will involve leading the implementation of sales compensation plans, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring accurate commission calculations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales compensation plans that align with business objectives.
  • Lead a team of sales compensation analysts in implementing sales compensation plans into Xactly.
  • Manage the incentive compensation plan implementation in Xactly, including UAT (test scripts, logging defects, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales compensation, preferably in a large, complex organization.
  • Advanced knowledge of Xactly and its applications.

Benefits:

  • Salary range: $130,000 - $160,000 per year.
