Practice Administrator - Wealth Management

Join a dynamic team at Burgh Recruitment Ltd (Financial Services) as a Practice Administrator, supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy Wealth Management office in London.

The Role:
  • Provide administrative support to the Practice team, ensuring seamless business operations.
  • Manage client relationships, respond to enquiries, and maintain accurate records.
  • Process new business, liaise with SJP admin teams, and manage client data.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
The Person:
  • Proven experience as an Administrator in Wealth Management, preferably with St. James's Place.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work with discretion.
  • Good time management and planning skills, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
