Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a GP Receptionist at St Stephen's Health Centre. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include monitoring the practice appointment system, interacting with patients face-to-face and over the telephone, and providing administrative support to the clinical team. You will also be responsible for greeting and directing patients, dealing with patient registration, booking appointments, and processing information.

Person Specification
