We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GP Receptionist to join our team at St Stephen's Health Centre. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring the practice appointment system and ensuring seamless patient flow
  • Providing face-to-face and telephone support to patients, responding to their queries and concerns
  • Booking appointments, processing information, and acting as the central point of contact for patients

The ideal candidate will possess:
