Social Care Professional for Vulnerable Children

We are currently looking for an experienced Social Care Professional to join our team in London Borough of Redbridge. As a trusted partner for vulnerable children and their families, we strive to create positive outcomes through collaborative efforts.
Your primary responsibilities will involve:
- Assessing and addressing the needs of disabled children
- Fostering supportive relationships between parents, carers, and siblings
- Developing tailored intervention plans for individuals and groups
Qualified candidates should hold post-qualifying experience in social care, be registered with the HCPC, and have a valid Enhanced DBS/CRB certificate.
