The Role- Assess the needs of vulnerable children and develop personalized care plans
- Provide emotional support and guidance to children and their families
- Collaborate with other agencies and professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Degree in Social Work or related field (registered with Social Work England)
- Experience in care and support work, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement
