Children's Social Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced Social Work professional to fill the position of Senior Social Worker at Entrust Social Care Ltd. This role presents a unique chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families by providing expert support and guidance.
About the Position: As a Senior Social Worker, you will be tasked with conducting comprehensive assessments, creating and implementing care plans, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children in need of safeguarding.
Key Duties:
- Conduct thorough assessments of children's needs and develop effective care plans
- Manage a caseload of complex child protection cases
- Develop and maintain relationships with families and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the safety and well-being of children
Requirements:
- DipSW or equivalent qualification
- Registration with the HCPC
- Current DBS clearance
- Able to drive a car
Package:
- Salary: approximately £50,000 - £65,000 per year
