Job Title: Care Professionals for Children Services

A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a qualified social worker to join our team in Bracknell Forest. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with children who have disabilities and complex health needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.

About the Role

The role involves working as part of a highly skilled team to provide assessment, care planning, intervention, and family support to children in need, those looked after, and those subject to child protection plans. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a UK social worker within a children's social work team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside partner agencies to ensure the provision of integrated services.
  • Promote listening to children at every opportunity.
  • Hold a varied caseload and provide assessment, care planning, and intervention.
Requirements
  • DipSW or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with the HCPC.
  • Current DBS.
  • Car driver's license.
