Job DescriptionThis Customer Executive Assistant role requires someone who can work effectively in a busy and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, and be able to manage customer expectations.
Responsibilities- Providing customer support through various communication channels
- Managing customer relationships and resolving complex issues
- Meeting service level agreements and deadlines
- Previous experience working in a customer-facing role
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A competitive salary of £28,500 per annum
