Job Description

This Customer Executive Assistant role requires someone who can work effectively in a busy and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, and be able to manage customer expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Providing customer support through various communication channels
  • Managing customer relationships and resolving complex issues
  • Meeting service level agreements and deadlines
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
