Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to maximize sales and revenue growth in the OOH channel.
  • Manage profit and loss (P&L) statements, forecasting, and value, volume, and gross profit percentage (GP%) metrics for assigned accounts.
  • Expand our product range offerings in key customers across the Out-of-Home channel, focusing on winning new business.
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships with key customer contacts, including buying, supply chain, category, and format teams.
  • Utilize customer systems to optimize sales performance, influencing availability, compliance, promotion management, and in-store visibility.
  • Collaborate with the Category Manager to deliver actionable insights that drive significant business benefits.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum 3 years of experience as a National Account Manager or similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and profitability growth on top FMCG accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with ability to navigate complex customer relationships.
  • Results-driven, with a focus on delivering business outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
