Senior Business Development Manager

Lotus Bakeries is seeking an exceptional Sales Professional to join its ambitious and high-performing sales team. This role presents a unique opportunity to drive continuous growth and develop strategic relationships with key customers in the Convenience and Foodservice sectors.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to maximize sales and revenue growth in the OOH channel.
- Manage profit and loss (P&L) statements, forecasting, and value, volume, and gross profit percentage (GP%) metrics for assigned accounts.
- Expand our product range offerings in key customers across the Out-of-Home channel, focusing on winning new business.
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships with key customer contacts, including buying, supply chain, category, and format teams.
- Utilize customer systems to optimize sales performance, influencing availability, compliance, promotion management, and in-store visibility.
- Collaborate with the Category Manager to deliver actionable insights that drive significant business benefits.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum 3 years of experience as a National Account Manager or similar role.
- Proven track record of driving sales and profitability growth on top FMCG accounts.
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with ability to navigate complex customer relationships.
- Results-driven, with a focus on delivering business outcomes.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
