Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Safeguarding and Children Care Manager to join our team at HCRG Care Group in Lancashire.

This exciting opportunity provides a challenging yet rewarding role, where you will support our Safeguarding and Looked After Children (LAC) teams. As a valued member of our Multi-disciplinary Team, you will make a significant difference every day.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with diverse Health staff and partner agencies. A confident and helpful telephone manner is essential, as well as strong organisational and time management skills.

The successful candidate will be able to work unsupervised and prioritise their workload effectively. They must also have a mature, flexible approach, with good listening skills and attention to detail.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,369 FTE, plus group pension, and a range of benefits including access to exclusive rewards and discounts.
