Transformative Children's Health Specialist

As a Band 6 SCPHN School Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in promoting health and wellbeing among children and young people in Lancashire.
This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to the delivery of high-quality care services, utilizing your expertise in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of healthcare packages. You will work closely with families, schools, and other stakeholders to develop tailored care plans that address the unique needs of each child.
Your role will involve providing mentorship and leadership support to pre-registration and SCPHN students on placement within the service, as well as offering guidance and supervision to new staff members. As part of our valued team at HCRG Care Group, you will have access to regular safeguarding supervision and ongoing professional development opportunities.
About This OpportunityThe ideal candidate for this role will possess a SCPHN School Nurse qualification and a genuine passion for driving positive change in the lives of children and families. You will be required to hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a car for work purposes.
