HCRG Care Group is committed to providing high-quality services in Lancashire, and we are seeking a skilled Safeguarding and Children in Care Coordinator to support our efforts.

As a Safeguarding and Children in Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating administrative tasks, managing records, and providing support to the safeguarding and looked after children teams.

You will also contribute to the development of systems for information storage, capture KPI data, and ensure compliance with Caldicott guidelines. Furthermore, you will promote quality improvement, engage in training, and support organisational change.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and time management skills, ability to work unsupervised and prioritise workload, mature, flexible approach and good listening skills, and ability to meet strict and conflicting deadlines under pressure using own initiative.
