Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Specialist to join our team in Prestbury, Cheshire. In this live-in role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Main Responsibilities
  • Delivering personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions.
  • Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
  • Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients' conditions.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a compassionate and empathetic nature, ability to work independently and as part of a team, flexibility to work the specified hours, and a valid UK driver's license.
