Complex Care Specialist Position

As a Complex Care Specialist at Enviva Complex Care, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs. Your expertise will be essential in creating personalized care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records of care provided.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work the specified hours.
- Valid UK driver's license.
