Support Worker for Complex Care

We are looking for a reliable and caring individual to support our female client with a spinal cord injury. As a Support Worker for Complex Care, you will be responsible for providing personal care, assisting with moving and handling tasks, and driving the client's vehicle to take them between their home and university.
This is a live-in position that involves working one week on and one week off, with assignments planned in advance. You will be required to live with the client in their home in Prestbury or at their university accommodation in Liverpool during term time.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a full clean UK drivers licence, be able to communicate effectively, and possess a kind and compassionate nature. Flexibility and reliability are essential for this position, as continuity of care is critical for our clients.
We offer a competitive salary of £138 up to £162 per day, depending on experience and qualifications, as well as accrued holiday pay, a Nest Personal Pension account, and opportunities for career development.
