About the Role

We are looking for an individual who can provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering personalized care and support to clients with complex health conditions.
  • Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
  • Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients' conditions.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work the specified hours.
Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
