About the Role

At Sugarman Health & Wellbeing, we are seeking a Care Specialist to join our team in Macclesfield. This is an exciting opportunity to support an individual with Autism in their own home, promoting independence and personal growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a 'can-do' attitude, with the ability to build strong relationships with the individual and their network. As a Care Specialist, you will provide daily support with tasks such as maintaining the home, accompanying the individual on outings, and assisting with appointments.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13 per day, with enhanced pay on Bank Holidays. If you are passionate about making a positive impact in someone's life and are eager to learn and develop your skills, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who share our values and are committed to delivering high-quality care. The ideal candidate will possess good knowledge of positive behavior support and Autism, although training will be provided. Key qualities include enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to supporting the individual's goals and aspirations.

This role requires a successful Enhanced DBS check and a genuine desire to make a difference in someone's life.
