Clinical Nurse Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our care team in a role that requires expertise in delivering high-quality patient care and support. As a valued member of our care team, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
• Collaborate with colleagues to prioritize resident physical, emotional, and social needs
• Participate in coaching and training programs to foster growth and development within the care team
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, and legislation
About You
To be successful in this role, you must hold a valid NMC pin and adhere to the NMC Codes of Conduct. You should have experience in caring for others, be passionate about coaching, and possess excellent communication skills. We offer a competitive salary of £27 per hour with paid breaks and a range of benefits, including flexible working options and comprehensive training programs.
