Service Care Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced EHCP Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) across the Local Authority for children with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

The EHCP specialist will work closely with children, young people, parents, and carers to resolve SEND support issues, including mediation and direct families to advocacy services when needed. Additionally, they will support the wider SEND team in promoting an inclusive approach and advising families on SEND support provision.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate-level qualification or equivalent in a relevant field and extensive experience working with early years, schools, colleges, Local Authorities, health, or independent settings with young people with SEND. They must also be familiar with statutory frameworks for SEND and approaches to assessment, planning, and reviewing provision.
