The Theatre Artist will be responsible for leading engaging drama workshops for children aged 5-11 in Barmulloch. This exciting opportunity involves working closely with vulnerable young people who may have additional needs or present challenging behaviours.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Lead Artist to ensure that all participants are safe, nurtured, and supported throughout the creative activity. This may involve leading warm up games, working with small groups to develop creative ideas, or providing focused support with individuals who are struggling to engage.

The role requires a strong understanding of drama techniques and experience working with children. The ideal candidate will be able to think creatively and adapt to different situations.

As part of the freelance team, the successful applicant may be required to attend additional meetings, events, and performances for which they will be paid an additional fee.

The estimated salary for this role is £30 per hour.
