Job Description
The Admin Apprentice will play a vital role in ensuring office efficiency. Key responsibilities include handling front-line enquiries, maintaining communication, and providing administrative support. Key tasks include:
* Booking daily supply cover
* Maintaining accurate records of dinner numbers and debt information
* Processing free school meals claims and entitlement statements
* Ordering teaching and administration supplies
Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is £18,000-£20,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Training will be provided by Suffolk New College for the Business Administrator Standard, English and maths (if required) Level 2 qualification.
