Job Title: Dental Programme Administrator

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our Medical Education team in ESNEFT. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization of courses and seminars for dental trainees across the East of England and beyond.

About the Role:
The Dental Programme Administrator will provide expert administration and support to our dental training programmes. This includes providing general advice and support on Trust policies and procedures, acting as a point of contact for all visitors to the office, and taking telephone calls in the absence of colleagues within the Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to manage a core supply of specialist dental and medical equipment.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £32,239 - £39,782 per annum, which reflects the importance of this role in supporting our dental training programmes. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme and unsocial hours payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general advice and support on a range of subjects to line managers and staff on Trust policies and procedures.
  • Act as a point of contact for all visitors to the office.
  • Take telephone calls in the absence of colleagues within the Team.
  • Communicate effectively using face-to-face, telephone and electronic means of communication with internal and external contacts.
  • Develop education programmes for Dental Workforce Development and Foundation Dental Training.
