Team Performance Coordinator

We are seeking a Team Performance Coordinator to oversee daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure targets are met while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team to meet performance targets and goals.
- Monitor and report on team performance, ensuring KPIs are met.
- Conduct regular team meetings to provide feedback and address issues.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members effectively.
- Handle conflict resolution and maintain a positive team culture.
- Assist in the training and development of new team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
