Job Summary

Worldline is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Officer to oversee and strategically develop our financial security compliance framework. This role is critical in ensuring that our company adheres to all regulatory and legal standards in the UK and maintains a robust compliance culture.

About the Role

  • Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of our compliance program, ensuring alignment with UK regulations.
  • Act as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the AML framework, including monitoring, reporting, and training within Worldline.
  • Provide expert advice on compliance matters to senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; advise on development and implementation of corrective action plans.
  • Ensure effective compliance training programs for all employees.
  • Liaise with regulators and other external parties on compliance-related issues.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments and advise on the impact of new laws on the business.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on compliance and AML activities to senior management and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a compliance role within the financial industry.
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations and FCA guidelines.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations with precision and detail, complemented by strong communication and organizational capabilities.
  • Motivation and passion for achieving results, initiating action, and thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent educational foundation, holding a degree in Law, finance, Business, or a related field.
