As a Compliance Officer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that Bromford meets all legal obligations, regulatory standards, and internal policies. You will oversee and assess maintenance operations, assisting in the management of statutory compliance checks and inspection schedules by gathering and verifying compliance data, as well as reporting and addressing compliance issues.
Collaboration is essential in this role, and being a team player is crucial. You will work closely with both internal and external teams to ensure that compliance tasks are executed promptly and legally. Your duties will include preparing performance reports, supplying information for legal documentation, and maintaining accurate records in our systems. Your attention to detail and consistency will be vital for achieving success in this position.
This is a full-time, fixed-term contract role.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in compliance within a regulated environment
- A proactive attitude with a genuine commitment to customer service
- Strong organizational and IT skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
