Regulatory Compliance Specialist

As a Compliance Officer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that Bromford complies with legal standards, regulatory mandates, and internal policies. You will be tasked with coordinating and overseeing repairs, assisting in the monitoring of statutory compliance servicing and inspection programs by gathering and validating compliance data, and reporting on compliance exceptions.
Collaboration is essential in this role; being a team player and working effectively with others is crucial. To guarantee that compliance actions are executed promptly and legally, you will engage with both internal and external teams to ensure timely completion of tasks. Your responsibilities will include preparing performance reports, providing necessary information for legal documentation, and maintaining accurate system updates, where attention to detail and consistency will be vital for success.
This is a full-time, fixed-term contract position.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in compliance within a regulated environment
- A proactive approach and a genuine commitment to customer service
- Strong organizational and IT skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
- Meticulous attention to detail
