Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Risk and Compliance Officer to join our team at SIX Payment Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of risk and compliance across our organization.

About the Role

  • Establish and lead the Second Line Security, Risk & Compliance function within SIX Payment Services
  • Develop and implement risk management frameworks and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and report on the organization's risk profile in line with our risk appetite
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, such as the FCA, on relevant security, risk and compliance matters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management and compliance

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational, planning and communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to provide hands-on support
  • Good knowledge and awareness of risk, security and compliance industry best practices and frameworks
  • Results-driven and ability to work under pressure
  • 5+ years of experience in risk, security and/or compliance
  • Experience of working with regulatory bodies, such as the FCA
  • 5+ years of proven leadership and team management skills
  • Bachelor's Degree (Law, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent)
  • Industry certifications (ISACA, IIA, CRMA, CRISC, CISA, etc.)
  • GRC tool experience (preferably RSA Archer)
