Chief Risk and Compliance Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Risk and Compliance Officer to join our team at Worldline. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of risk and compliance across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead the Second Line Security, Risk & Compliance function within Worldline UK&I
  • Establish and drive the adoption of the relevant risk, security and compliance frameworks
  • Establish a sound risk culture
  • Monitor and report on the organisation's risk profile in line with the organisation's risk appetite
  • Liaise on and escalate related matters to the organisation's management, as well as the Worldline Group
  • Interact with the FCA on relevant security, risk and compliance matters.

Requirements

  • Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to provide hands-on support
  • Good knowledge and awareness of Risk, Security & Compliance industry best practices and frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, etc)
  • Results driven and ability to work under pressure
  • 5+ years in the field Risk, Security and / or Compliance
  • Experience of working with the FCA
  • 5+ years of proven leadership and team management skills
  • Bachelor's Degree (Law, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent)
  • Industry Certifications (ISACA, IIA, CRMA, CRISC, CISA etc.)
  • GRC tool experience (preferably RSA Archer)
