Chief Risk and Compliance Officer - UK

Worldline is seeking a seasoned Chief Risk and Compliance Officer to lead our UK operations. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for establishing and driving the adoption of risk, security, and compliance frameworks across our UK business.

About the Role

  • Establish and lead the Second Line Security, Risk & Compliance function within Worldline UK&I
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial, operational, compliance, strategic, and security risks
  • Collaborate with the global 2nd line organisation to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Manage a small team of experts focusing on Risk Management, Compliance, and Security

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in risk, security, and compliance, with a strong background in leadership and team management
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills
  • Good knowledge and awareness of risk, security, and compliance industry best practices and frameworks
  • Results-driven and able to work under pressure
  • Experience of working with the FCA and other regulatory bodies
