Chief Risk and Compliance Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Risk and Compliance Officer to join our team at Worldline. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for establishing and leading our Second Line Security, Risk & Compliance function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and drive the adoption of relevant risk, security, and compliance frameworks
- Establish a sound risk culture and monitor and report on the organisation's risk profile
- Liaise with the FCA on relevant security, risk, and compliance matters
- Lead a small team of experts focusing on Risk Management, Compliance, and Security
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to provide hands-on support
- Good knowledge and awareness of Risk, Security & Compliance industry best practices and frameworks
- Results-driven and ability to work under pressure
- 5+ years in the field Risk, Security, and/or Compliance
- Experience of working with the FCA
- 5+ years of proven leadership and team management skills
- Bachelor's Degree (Law, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent)
- Industry Certifications (ISACA, IIA, CRMA, CRISC, CISA, etc.)
