About the RoleThis position involves developing new business opportunities through warm calling on a B2B basis. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to target specific accounts and monitor lead progression.
Key Responsibilities- Making contact by telephone with targeted customers from a warm database.
- Generating new sales leads for Critical Infrastructure opportunities.
- Collaborating with the sales team to target specific accounts and monitor lead progression.
- Updating and maintaining the CRM system, adding new contacts and information.
- Supporting the sales team with meeting coordination and promotional activities.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong ICT knowledge – Outlook, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
- Team working experience in a sales-oriented environment.
- Effective time management skills.
