The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and ambitious individual who is passionate about education and making a difference in the lives of young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide behaviour support and guidance to students, helping them to manage their emotions and behaviours
- To work closely with teaching staff to identify areas where students need additional support
- To develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and motivation
Requirements:
- Experience working with children and young people, preferably in a behaviour support or teaching role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues
