Career Opportunity:

This High Level Teaching Assistant role presents an excellent chance for a passionate and experienced educator to join our inner-city school and contribute to the academic and personal growth of students. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with classroom teachers and special education professionals to support students with challenging behaviour and take on teaching responsibilities and lead small groups for intervention.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant qualification in education, psychology, or a related field, and previous experience working as a Behaviour Mentor, Teaching Assistant, or in a similar role. They must be committed to promoting a positive school culture and making a meaningful impact on students' lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • * Support students with challenging behaviour by collaborating with classroom teachers and special education professionals

  • * Take on teaching responsibilities and lead small groups for intervention
