About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Behaviour Intervention Specialist to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work with students who require additional support in a classroom setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individual behaviour support plans for students.
  • Provide one-to-one mentoring to students who require additional support with managing their classroom behaviour.
  • Develop strategies to encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
  • Work closely with teachers to provide regular updates on student progress.

Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £350-£380 per week, paid bi-weekly, as well as free lunch and strong transport links.
