We are seeking an experienced Academic Mentor to join our team at Teaching Personnel Ltd. As an Educational Behavioural Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting students with behavioural challenges and providing training to teachers and staff.

About the Role

In this rewarding position, you will conduct assessments to identify individualised behaviour plans and provide targeted support to ensure consistency in behaviour management techniques. You will also collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a relevant qualification in Education or a related field and have experience working with challenging behaviours. You will be required to work flexibly, with a dedicated tuition consultant available to provide guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments to identify individualised behaviour plans for students with behavioural challenges
  • Provide training and support to teachers and staff on effective behaviour management techniques
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure consistency in behaviour support
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A relevant qualification in Education or a related field
