Classroom Behaviour Support Specialist

Long Term Futures is seeking a skilled Classroom Behaviour Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing in-class behavioural support to promote individual students' progress.
The salary for this position is £350 - £380 per week, paid on a term-time only basis.
Responsibilities include:
- Working with individuals and small groups of students within a classroom situation to ensure each child has the maximum access to all learning activities.
- Liaising with teaching staff to plan, prepare and deliver the support needed, developing strategies to achieving positive behavioural outcomes.
- Supporting teaching staff with appropriate strategies when dealing with challenging behaviour.
- Ensuring pupils receive regular and constructive feedback with regards to their progress.
In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to arrange and develop 1-1 mentoring programmes to support students in managing their own classroom behaviour.
