Classroom Support Specialist

At beBee Professionals, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Classroom Support Specialist to join our school in Nottingham, United Kingdom. This is a unique opportunity to work with students and teachers, ensuring that classrooms run smoothly during teacher absences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, promoting a safe and productive learning environment.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain discipline in accordance with school policies.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and support students with their learning when necessary.
- Assist with administrative duties as required and contribute to a supportive school community.
Requirements:
- A strong background in education or relevant experience in a school environment.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills, with the ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
- Patience and a positive attitude toward supporting students, with flexibility to work on short notice when required.
- A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one, demonstrating commitment to safeguarding students.
