Job Description

This exciting opportunity involves working closely with teachers, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment. You will be responsible for conducting 1:1 and group sessions to support students in developing positive behaviour and social skills.

You will also work closely with teachers to set individual targets and monitor student progress. This will enable you to design appropriate learning material to help students achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months experience in a similar role, strong communication and verbal skills, and the ability to drive to work.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting 1:1 and group sessions to support students in developing positive behaviour and social skills.
  • Working closely with teachers, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Setting individual targets and monitoring student progress to design appropriate learning material.
