The County Care Group is seeking a dedicated Academic Assistant - Person Centered Care to join our team. This role involves supporting the Regional Manager in developing and maintaining a high-quality service that meets the needs of our service users.

Main Tasks:
  • Plan and teach engaging person-centered sessions based on the needs and interests of service users.
  • Become part of a dynamic and innovative team leading the way in providing services for people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health.
Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work out of hours and be part of the on-call team (Additional Pay).
  • Good digital skills.
