About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estates Manager to join our Property Team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As an Estates Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties across Southern UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a large portfolio of properties, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert advice on property management, lease negotiations, and collaborate closely with construction and facilities management teams.
- Ensure financial prudence in managing rents and other liabilities, contributing to cost-saving strategies.
- Engage in property transactions, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and other strategic property decisions.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in multi-site property or estate management.
- RICS qualification (completed or in progress) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation, with excellent strategic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A full UK driving license for site visits.
